We liked our ship better than this one; no verandas. 

Jay and John having drinks while Jane searches frantically for her glasses. 

Jay and Joe. Closet cases both. Had a nice evening of cocktails & conversation 'til the wee hours with Jay, John, & Carl early in the trip. Jay now lives in Florida, but spent years living near Carl's apartment at 86th & Park Avenue. Small world moments: Joe is cousin to the surgeon who replaced my mom's shoulders and is in the process of moving to Cedar Rapids. Jay is one of two people on board who remembered Carl from seeing him on the streets of Manhattan. Carl also looked to familiar to one of the entertainment crew members who was from NYC. I think his name was Dan.

Carl popped the cork; Jane drank the champagne from the honor bar. 

Mixing UV blue vodka with Orangina makes a drink that kind of resembles antifreeze. Tastes great though.
